My services are trauma-informed and inclusive. I integrate evidence-based coaching, counselling and body-based techniques into my work
with clients. My focus is on enabling effective, growth-promoting behaviour change that honours the inter-connectedness of mind and body. I have postgraduate education in counselling psychology,
adapted physical activity, am a clinical exercise physiologist (health and exercise sciences) and a certified health and wellness coach.
